Role
In this role, they will be responsible for providing support and assistance in managing SAP Central Finance processes and resolving related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for SAP Central Finance ongoing operations.
- Resolve issues related to master data, customization, and configuration.
- Manage tickets using ServiceNow for change management and issue resolution.
- Handle authorizations, transportation, VPN access, and other system-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the reporting team leader to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and providing training when necessary.
- Participate in the month-end closing process and address any related challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP Central Finance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO consultant with a focus on general financial processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP Central Finance and its integration with other systems.
- Experience with AIF (Application Interface Framework) for error handling.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Fluent in Spanish (highly preferable) and proficient in English.
