Mission: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of global IT administration and automation services, ensuring operational maturity, SLA compliance, and ongoing service improvement. (Location: Spain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a scalable service-delivery framework aligned with business objectives.
- Define, monitor, and improve SLAs and OLAs to guarantee consistent service performance.
- Chair the Change Advisory Board to evaluate and approve critical system changes.
- Lead response efforts for high-severity security incidents and report outcomes.
- Drive automation initiatives and review SOPs semi-annually.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee a €5M+ IT services budget.
Must Haves
- Master’s degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar.
- Security certification (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in security and SIEM management.
- Proven expertise in ensuring enterprise SIEM (Splunk) and SOAR (Palo Alto XSOAR) platforms deliver business and operational value.
- Experience managing an operational budget exceeding €5 M and leading mixed teams of internal and vendor staff.
- Demonstrated ability to define, monitor, and optimize SLAs/OLAs, and to lead a Change Advisory Board.

- Experience with process automation technologies (RPA).
